Sue-Ann Charlton has held executive leadership positions at a range of organisations since early 2000.  During this time, she has worked with many different leaders across a range of industries (financial services, public sector, utilities) and cultures.  A proponent of modern leadership, Sue-Ann is boldly authentic, genuinely interested in people and their development, and not afraid to be vulnerable.
